Each spring, New Heights identifies vacancies in grades 7-11 in addition to 105 available spots in the sixth grade class. All applications received by the deadline will be entered into a public lottery held in March. Applicants will be placed in the lottery by the grade that they applied for the upcoming school year. After the lottery is conducted, students may be offered a seat, and once no open seats remain, students will be placed on the waitlist. A single waitlist will exist for each grade, taking into consideration both sibling status and residential preference.
